What We Do

Ask It is a platform where you can ask questions to your favorite creators and get personalized answers. You set the price, they respond (or don't), and everyone's happy. Simple as that!

Your Responsibilities

Be Nice

Don't ask inappropriate, harmful, or illegal questions. We're all about positive interactions here. Harassment, hate speech, or anything that makes people uncomfortable is not welcome.

Be Honest

Provide accurate information when creating your account. Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts.

Respect Privacy

Don't share private conversations or try to identify anonymous users. What happens in Ask It stays in Ask It.

Money Matters 💰

How Payments Work

You set the price when asking a question
Payment is held securely until the creator responds
If they answer within 7 days, payment is released
If they don't respond, you get a full refund

Platform Fees

We take a small percentage to keep the lights on and the servers running. The exact fee is shown before you confirm any payment.

Refunds

Refunds are automatic if creators don't respond within 7 days. For other refund requests, contact our support team.

For Creators

Response Time

You have 7 days to respond to questions. If you don't respond in time, the payment goes back to the asker automatically.

Quality Answers

Provide thoughtful, genuine responses. One-word answers or copy-paste responses aren't what people are paying for.

Payouts

Earnings are paid out according to our payout schedule. You'll need to provide valid payment information to receive your earnings.

What's Not Allowed

Absolutely no:

Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
Sexual content or inappropriate requests
Illegal activities or content
Spam or promotional content
Sharing personal information without consent
Attempting to circumvent our payment system

Intellectual Property

You own your questions and answers. By using our platform, you give us permission to display and process your content to provide our services. We won't use your content for anything else without your permission.

The Ask It platform, including our cute penguin mascots and design, belongs to us. Please don't copy or steal our stuff!

The Fine Print

Service Availability

We try to keep Ask It running 24/7, but sometimes things break. We're not responsible if the service is temporarily unavailable.

Content Disclaimer

Creators are responsible for their own answers. We don't endorse or verify the accuracy of any content on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us. We're not responsible for any indirect damages or losses.

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we'll try to give you a heads up unless it's an emergency situation.

When an account is terminated, any pending payments will be handled according to our refund policy.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date. Big changes will be announced to users.

By continuing to use Ask It after changes are posted, you're agreeing to the new terms.
